You Win This Round, Comcast...

My missing channels have returned!

Since I'm nothing if not fair and reasonable, I must acknowledge that Comcast quickly acknowledged and fixed my previous calmly-worded complaint.

They didn't provide an explanation, but the problem's been fixed, so I can get over it.

So, thanks, Comcast, for showing that you're willing to fix your fuck-ups in a timely manner, as long as I complain about it with a profanity-laced rant on a blog that is read by as many as 12 people. (how's that for a back-handed compliment?)

You get an A for customer service this week.
